Coupeville has celebrated Penn Cove Musselfest since 1986! Over the years, the mermaid has become a Musselfest emblem. The annual poster design featuring a mermaid and a mussel is a highly anticipated and coveted piece of Musselfest memorabilia, and in 2023 we introduced our first-ever merman! Now we want to summon the BOLDEST, BRINIEST & BLUEST merfolk of Penn Cove to represent Musselfest 2025, and we need your help to bring them to life in our new poster contest!  The winning design will be printed on advertising and merchandise and will be the official mascot of Musselfest 2025!
